Partner Edward Savidge secured a directed verdict following a two day liability trial in a motor vehicle negligence case in Supreme Court, Nassau County before Hon. Sarika Kapoor.

Mr. Savidge established that there was no rational process by which the jury could find his client negligent, thus securing his client’s dismissal from the case by a plaintiff claiming significant injuries, including multiple fractures to the spine and sternum.
