Russell A. Vogel joined the firm as an Associate in 2023. Mr. Vogel’s practice focuses on the defense of general liability, premises liability, and automobile liability matters, along with evaluation of matters regarding serious injury threshold and products liability.
Mr. Vogel graduated with his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Hofstra University in 2016 and a Master of Science Degree in Neuroscience from Stony Brook University in 2019. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2022. While at Touro, Mr. Vogel had a Dean’s Fellowship full-tuition scholarship, served as a Research Editor on the Touro Law Review, was a member of the Trial Advocacy and Practice Society (TAPS), and was an Honors Program Scholar.
