Katherine Lalor, of Massapequa, NY, joined the firm as an Associate in 2025.
Katherine brings deep experience in insurance defense litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lalor was in-house counsel to a national insurance company, where she represented the company at arbitration hearings, conducted Examinations Under Oath, and investigated fraudulent no-fault claims. Ms. Lalor has also represented individuals in class-action lawsuits under the Consumer Protection Laws.
She received her Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center. She is admitted to practice in New York.
