Giuseppe Fioretto is an associate at Rankin Savidge, PLLC who concentrates in the defense of personal injury matters involving a variety of issues including: automobile, premises liability, and no-fault litigation from the commencement of the lawsuit through trial preparation. Mr. Fioretto has already obtained various favorable decisions when arguing motions.

Mr. Fioretto earned his Juris Doctorate from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2019. During his time at Pace University, Mr. Fioretto was a member of the American Association for Justice Trial Competition and Annual Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon. He also participated in the Law School’s Advocacy Board, Corporate and Commercial Law Society, and Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. He also contributed as a student caseworker for the Pace University Investor Rights Clinic, where he investigated and evaluated claims for modest means investors who had been financially injured due to actions of broker/dealers. Giuseppe’s diverse experience and knowledge has become an instant asset to the firm.

Mr. Fioretto is admitted to practice in the State of New York. He is member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, Queens County Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
